“ Absolutely loved our experience at Peppers! We were visiting from Texas and had the pleasure of dining on their lovely patio with our dog. The staff was incredibly attentive, making us feel right at home. We tried the pomegranate margarita, and it was absolutely delicious—refreshing and packed with flavor. My boyfriend went for the classic margarita and was equally impressed. For appetizers, we had the blue corn tortilla tacos, which were bursting with flavor and a perfect start to our meal. I ordered the fiery burger, and hands down, it was the best burger I've ever had—so juicy and flavorful! My boyfriend got the jalapeno burger and really enjoyed it as well. The staff went above and beyond by giving us some great recommendations for pet-friendly spots to check out. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town! I went back the next day for another one. The deep-fried mushrooms were great. Just let them cool for a while, or the steam inside will burn you. The second day, I ordered coconut shrimp, and it was delicious. ”
“ If you’re visiting in the downtown Alien museum area... this place is perfect. We chose the Southwestern items on the menu because we are in New Mexico. Flavorful and let’s be fair, it’s a very reasonable priced bar and grill in Roswell. Service was exceptional. Friendly, chatty about the town and the history, and just a fun guy to be served by. “ Very helpful staff to explain what food is gluten free. Great descriptions of everything is prepared. Gluten free menu. Gluten free bread, but it cannot be grilled or toasted due to cross contamination. Fries are also cross contaminated. Cheese burger on gluten free bread with a salad is safe and I had this without problems. ”
